Our Data Security Procedures
UNOStore has security measures in place to help protect against the loss, misuse and/or unauthorized alteration of information you provide to us or that we collect. You are the only user authorized to update your account, unless you provide your login/password information to another party. We will assume that anyone who has the required login/password information for your account is you, so please keep this information confidential. UNOStore helps protect personally identifiable information by utilizing both online and offline security methods, including firewalls, passwords and restricted physical access to the servers where your information is stored. Our staff is trained to comply with our security procedures, are bound by confidentiality and our security procedures are reviewed and revised periodically.
To provide you with ease of access to your account and to help administer the UNOStore service, UNOStore implements technology that enables us to recognize you as the account holder and provide you with direct access to your account without requiring you to retype any password or other user identification when you revisit the UNOStore service. You can choose not to take advantage of this feature on your computer by unchecking the box "Remember me" when you login on the website. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access information and for restricting access to your computer or device through which you access your UNOStore account. Where possible, users of public or shared devices should logout at the completion of each visit. If you sell or return a computer or device, you should log-out and deactivate the device before doing so. If you do not maintain the security of your password or device, or fail to log out or deactivate your device, subsequent users may be able to access your account, including your personal information.

Types Of Information We Collect
Information is collected from our users at several different points during visits to UNOStore
Information you provide us: UNOStore may ask you to provide us with information about yourself when you choose to fill out a form, including, without limitation, in order to register for login access, membership subscription, sign up for our newsletter, information request to search or be matched with an educational institution; or when you participate in a promotion or respond to a survey. Examples of the types of this personally identifiable information you may provide to us include, but are not necessarily limited to, your name, educational goals, email address, telephone number, credit card, and home address; and information about your age, education level, career aspirations, and your interest in and use of various products, programs, and services. For example, UNOStore may allow you to create an account and log in to UNOStore using your Facebook account credentials through Facebook Connect.
Collection of Information from Children: UNOStore abides by federal law and the guidelines set up by the Federal Trade Commission regarding youth privacy. As such, UNOStore will not knowingly collect any personal information from or allow the registration of young people under the age of thirteen (13) years without consent from parents or guardian.
Referring Friends or Sharing: You can choose to let others know about UNOStore through our referral or sharing features. If you choose to use one of these features, we will ask you for that person's name and e-mail address and UNOStore will send him or her one or more e-mails inviting him or her to visit UNOStore to learn more about our services. UNOStore stores their contact information for the sole purpose of sending these e-mails and corresponding reminders.
Information we automatically collect: We collect and keep track of information about your interactions with UNOStore using technologies like cookies and web beacons, via our web server's log files, mobile analytics software or by our various tracking technologies, including but not limited to: our advertisements and other promotional content, browser information, your device IP address, whether you clicked on one of our advertisements, pages you've visited on the site, videos you watched, which website you came from, date and time stamp information, your online activity, course and section selections, reviews, ratings, payment history, correspondence, device and software data (such as type, configuration and unique identifiers), and other navigation and click-through information. User Communications: When you send email, contact our Support or help desk or other communications to UNOStore, we may retain and share those communications in order to process, respond or improve our services.
Information from other sources: We may collect and receive information about you from third parties, including websites which publish our ads and offers, as well as other online and offline sources such as identity verification services and consumer reporting agencies, and we may combine such information with other information you have provided to us. We may supplement this information with information from other sources, including offline data and your browsing behavior on other sites and interactions with our advertising. We also provide analysis of our users in the aggregate or individual form to prospective partners, advertisers and other third parties. We may also disclose and otherwise use, your viewing history, ratings, consumption habits, commentary, reviews and other information. Information Sharing
UNOStore does not share your Personal Information with third parties for their marketing purposes without your consent. UNOStore may share non-Personal Information, such as aggregate user statistics, demographic information and Usage Information with third parties, including advertisers, content providers, and analytics providers; and third parties may collect non-Personal Information when you visit the Services. When You Request That We Share Your Information: We may offer opportunities and features through the Services that are brought to you by a third party or that otherwise involve sharing your information with a third party. If you request or agree at that time to have your information shared, your information will be disclosed to that third party (or parties) and will be subject to the privacy policy and practices of that third party. This includes, without limitation, instances in which you use our Services to purchase products or services provided, in whole or part, by third parties, such as when you use our Service to order food from a local restaurant. We may also disclose your information, including Personal Information, in response to a subpoena or when required by law; in response to bankruptcy proceedings; to defend our rights; in response to a written request from law enforcement regarding an investigation into criminal activity that may have occurred through or in any way using UNOStore's Services or property; to provide information to a claimed owner of intellectual property who claims that content you have provided to us infringes on their rights; upon request of an academic institution connected to an investigation into academic integrity; to protect and/or defend any applicable Terms of Use or other policies applicable to the Services; or to protect the personal safety, rights, property or security of any organization or individual. We may also use Device Identifiers, including IP addresses, to identify users, and may do so in cooperation with copyright owners, Internet service providers, wireless service providers or law enforcement agencies in our discretion. These disclosures may be carried out without notice to you.
Business Transitions. UNOStore may share Personal Information with its parent, subsidiaries and affiliates, primarily for business and operational purposes. In the event that UNOStore goes through a business transition, such as a merger, acquisition by another company, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, bankruptcy, or other corporate change, including, without limitation, during the course of any due diligence process, your information, including Personal Information, will likely be among the assets transferred. You will be notified via email and/or a prominent notice on Services of any change in ownership or uses of your Personal Information, as well as any choices you may have regarding your Personal Information. Sweepstakes, Contests and Promotions. We may offer sweepstakes, contests, and other promotions ("Promotion") that may require registration. By participating in a Promotion, you are agreeing to governing terms, conditions or official rules, which may contain specific requirements of you, including allowing the sponsor(s) of the Promotion to use your name, voice, likeness or other indicia of persona in advertising or marketing associated with the Promotion. More About Cookies And Related Technology
UNOStore uses cookies and web log files to track usage of our Services. A cookie is a tiny data file which resides on your computer, and which allows UNOStore to recognize you as a user when you return using the same computer and web browser. If your browser settings do not allow cookies, you will not be able to use our Services as fully as intended. Log files are the record of your visits to the Services and include Usage Information. Like the information you enter at registration or in your Profile, cookie and log file data is used to customize your experience when you use the Services. Third parties may also set cookies as you interact with the Service. Third parties may use session IDs and cookies to make it easier for you to use our Services and place orders, to deliver online advertising, and for other purposes. Your Choices
Providing Information. Note, however, that you may not have access to certain of our products and services (like our school matching service or subscription service) if you decide not to provide us with your information.
Opting Out of Our Promotional Emails. You may opt-out of receiving marketing and promotional emails from us at any time by using the opt-out mechanism contained in such emails (also referred to as “unsubscribe"), or by submitting your request to info @store.uno-int.com. Please allow 30 business days for us to process your opt-out request. Also, note that opting out of receiving promotional email communications will affect only future communications from us. If we already provided your information to a third party before you changed your preferences or updated your information, you may have to change your preferences directly with that third party as well.
Declining Cookies. If you do not want to accept our cookies, you can adjust your browser settings to decline cookies. You should note, however, that certain areas of the site may not operate properly if you decide not to accept cookies.
NAI Opt-Out. Some third party advertising companies we use may collect information about you through cookies and other technologies in connection with their behavioral advertising programs (see "More About Cookies and Related Technology" Section, above, for additional information). Canceling Your Membership.You may cancel your UNOStore subscription membership at any time, by accessing the "My Dashboard “page on our website and follow the instructions for cancellation under the “Change subscription settings" link. UNOStore will retain all information as needed to provide you with Services, including but not limited to, quickly reactivating your account at a later time. We will also retain and use your information as necessary to comply with out legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Transfer Of Information
Given that the Internet is a global environment, using the Internet to collect and process information necessarily involves the transmission of data on an international basis. Therefore, by using UNOStore, you acknowledge and agree to the transfer of your information outside your country of residence to any country (including the United States) where we have facilities or engage third parties (including but not limited to payment processors, cloud service or other IT providers, and other companies that provide services to us). You understand that the countries to which we may transfer information may not have as comprehensive a level of data protection as in your country.
Other Websites and Services
We are not responsible for the practices employed by any websites or services linked to or from our Service, including the information or content contained within them. Please remember that when you use a link to go from our Service to another website or service, our Privacy Policy does not apply to those third-party websites or services. Your browsing and interaction on any third-party website or service, including those that have a link on our website, are subject to that third party's own rules and policies. In addition, you agree that we are not responsible and do not have control over any third-parties that you authorize to access your User Content. If you are using a third-party website or service and you allow them to access your User Content you do so at your own risk.
